To ride our e-bikes is really easy! It's almost the same as a regular bike except our e-bikes help you and make a ride much more enjoyable!

• To start the e-bike you need to insert the starter key and rotate it clockwise till you hear two clicks and the backlight is on. Then press the power button on the computer till the screen is turned on. To turn off the e-bike just rotate the starter key counterclockwise till you hear two clicks and the backlight is off

• On the screen of the computer, you can see a lot of information but the most important for you are the level of assistance and the battery charge. By pressing "-" and "+" buttons you can adjust assist level from zero to five which roughly: 0 - no assistance, 1- 10 km/h, 2- 15 km/h, 3- 20 km/h, 4- 25 km/h, 5 - 35 km/h. We recommend starting from the 2nd level to get familiar with the bike and adjust the level as you get comfortable

• By holding the "+" button you can switch on/off the front light

• By pressing the power button you can switch between screens with different information

• The e-bikes have three mechanical speeds which can be referred to as 1 - uphill, 2 - flat, and 3 - downhill. Adjust it to your needs by rotating the switch

• To ring the bell rotate it

• The e-bikes have phone holders which makes it really convenient to ride with a navigator. They hold phones pretty well but on large bumps, it is still possible for the phones to slip out. Keep that in mind!

• The e-bikes have USB-charging ports so you can charge your phone and other devises!

• There is no need for you to personally meet us to take/return the e-bikes from/to a particular point! You can order delivery and just take the keys from the keysafe!

• We can provide you with the charger to charge the e-bike from any electrical outlet. It is an advanced service which requires a bit of personal training which we provide in case you need to charge the e-bike by yourself
